As we are nearing the end of January (with temperatures hovering at record lows of -10 degrees in the daytime!) ... I believe we are all anxiously awaiting the "Spring" Real Estate Market. However ... most people don't realize that the "spring" market truly begins in mid-February! Those of you who are gearing up get your homes on the market this spring ... you'll do best to get a jump on your competitors by getting it listed in mid-February!
